You can prevent hair loss by eating the right foods or taking the right supplements and getting exercise. This can really all come down to a healthy lifestyle.

Cures for hair loss can entail essential oils, herbs, teas and vitamins and minerals. The whole objective of using the right ingredients as a cure is to prevent the hair follicles from drying out and eventually withering up. Once this takes place then new hair growth cannot take place. However, by using treatments to stimulate in order to increase blood flow to the scalp the follicles will remain fresh and new hair will continue to grow.

Lavender is a potent essential oil used to stimulate the scalp. Because essential oil is so concentrated it cannot be applied directly to the scalp. You must add only a few drops no more than six to four ounces of olive oil. The olive oil is called base oil and its main function is to dilute the essential oil so that it is less intense. In this case the olive oil happens to be very good for the hair because it is polyunsaturated oil.

Another very good hair loss remedy is Aloe Vera. This is a natural plant that has powerful properties of healing and providing a ph level to the scalp. It is very common to mix Aloe Vera gel with a small amount of wheat germ oil and coconut milk. This mixture makes a completely natural shampoo. It is a cure for hair loss that is an old remedy that was used for centuries. Most of these ingredient are not hard to find, checking you local pharmacy will usually get you what you need.
